WeDigBio 2019: Day Three

Day 3 of WeDigBio 2019 and we're going strong! 

The specimen transcriptions, annotations, and classifications continue to roll in and we're thrilled with the enthusiasm that you all are putting into your events.

 

The Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) held an event today, left. In Chicago, the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum (center) showed off their Augmented Reality-enabled tattoos and The Field Museum continued work on their bryophyte collection (right).

California had a strong showing today, especially among members of the California Phenology (CAP) TCN. Long Beach State (top left), UC Irvine (top right), Cal Poly (center), and Santa Barbara (bottom left) all held events today, working from the Notes from Nature platform (bottom right). This boost in activity helped Notes from Nature surpass DigiVol! There's still time for anything to happen in Day 4 though!
